- Comfortable clothing you can move in
- Professional treatment table and necessary equipment
- A personalized one-on-one assisted stretching session
When I arrive, we’ll briefly discuss your goals, mobility, and any areas you’d like to focus on before beginning your session.
Mobile sessions are available throughout the Charlotte area. Availability may vary based on location and travel distance.
