OUR STORY
We saw the difference personal attention could make.
Zenvia began with firsthand experience delivering one-on-one assisted stretching and seeing how much people valued having dedicated time focused on how they felt.
At the same time, many companies were investing in employee lunches, social events, wellness apps, and other benefits that could be enjoyable but often felt brief, generic, or easy to overlook. We did not want to create another quick wellness event where employees receive a rushed 10-minute experience and leave without fully feeling the benefit. We wanted to offer enough dedicated time for each person to slow down, receive individual attention, and walk away feeling a meaningful difference.
We believed companies needed another option: a personalized wellness experience employees could access during the workday without traveling to an appointment or managing the process on their own.
Zenvia was created to make that possible.
We connect workplaces with qualified independent wellness professionals and coordinate the provider, employee booking, scheduling, communication, event logistics, and follow-up.

We started Zenvia because we believe workplace wellness should feel personal, meaningful, and worth employees’ time. Our experience showed us how much people value having dedicated attention and the opportunity to feel better during their workday. We also saw how difficult it can be for companies to coordinate quality wellness experiences and for independent providers to reach new workplaces on their own. Zenvia brings those groups together—helping companies support their employees, giving providers access to valuable opportunities, and creating experiences that leave people feeling genuinely cared for.
