Zenvia manages the full coordination of your workplace wellness program, including selecting qualified providers, employee booking, scheduling, communication, event logistics, and follow-up reporting. This saves your team time, keeps the experience organized, and gives you one reliable point of contact instead of requiring your company to manage providers, appointments, and day-of details on its own.

Yes. Companies may request additional providers to increase session capacity or support larger teams. Final provider count depends on the selected service, available space, schedule, location, and provider availability.

Zenvia’s flagship service is one-on-one assisted stretching. Additional workplace wellness services may be available based on qualified provider availability, location, workplace setup, and company needs.

Providers are qualified independent wellness professionals or independent service partners. Zenvia evaluates providers based on relevant experience, qualifications, professionalism, insurance, service quality, and their ability to work effectively in workplace environments.

Companies can choose a Half-Day Wellness Day, Full-Day Wellness Day, recurring program, or custom experience. Standard Half-Day and Full-Day formats are based on one provider.

Zenvia provides the employee booking process and coordinates the available appointment schedule through Square software. Zenvia will share booking QR code/link prior and close booking 12 hours prior to on-site day. The company shares the booking information with employees, and participants select from the available session times.

With one provider, a standard Half-Day Wellness Day includes up to eight private 30-minute sessions, while a standard Full-Day Wellness Day includes up to twelve. Additional providers may increase capacity. Companies can offer this in anyway they see fit , ( Whole teams, select teams, admin, board members, etc) .

Depending on the service, suitable spaces may include conference rooms, private offices, training rooms, wellness rooms, multipurpose areas, or other quiet professional spaces. Zenvia can help determine whether the available setup is appropriate.

Standard Half-Day Wellness Days start at $1,250, and standard Full-Day Wellness Days start at $1,550. These starting prices reflect one provider and the standard event format. Recurring and custom programs receive personalized pricing.

Most companies only need to provide a suitable private or semi-private space, one company contact, workplace access, and permission for employees to attend their scheduled sessions. A dedicated wellness room is not required.

Cancellation fees or other charges may apply depending on the timing of the request and the terms outlined in your service agreement.
